About
Me
Since I obtained my doctorate in clinical psychology from Yeshiva University in 2005, I have accrued an additional 20 years of post-doctoral training in a variety of the most effective, evidence-based approaches for helping people “rewire” self-sabotaging perspectives and conditioned behaviors into much more empowered methods for ensuring better relationships and outcomes for themselves in all areas of life. I am trained in methods such as hypnotherapy/ hypnosis, EMDR, DBT as well as other mind/body approaches for psychological healing. I have spent my career working in private practice, as a school psychologist in private schools, as a parent coach and also in DBT therapy centers.
Throughout my career in psychology, I have worked with many clients who have gone through difficult divorces and very difficult journeys through the family court system. I have tread this path personally as well, and learned firsthand how anxiety producing, shocking and unfair this process can be. It has become a great purpose in my life to use my skills and experience in psychology to help others be able to navigate this daunting process with less anger, fear and anxiety and with more sanity and confidence.
The healing you will acquire and skills you will learn in therapy will help to set you free from the mistakes of the past and will help you build the future that you want to build for yourself and your children!
